The first of its kind
Lyle Anderson launched a new category in luxury real estate in 1981 when he created Desert Highlands, the first private club community to link the purchase of a homesite to golf club membership. The North Scottsdale address quickly gained international acclaim when it hosted the first PGA Skins Game in 1983 on its Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
The 850-acre community, located at the foot of Pinnacle Peak, features 560 homesites. Amenities include the Desert Highlands Clubhouse, one of only 45 to receive the Platinum Club of America Award.
Golf Magazine
has ranked it as the one of the best clubhouses in the world.
Members also enjoy the renowned Racquet Club, a tennis center which includes clay, hard-court, and grass surfaces. Both fine and casual dining, under the guidance of expert chefs, are part of complete club experience.
