A Pacific preserve
Club life at Hokuli`a echoes the relaxing pace of the islands, or ho `onanea. Member amenities here are distributed comfortably across Hokuli`a’s 1,550 acres of oceanside terrain. Existing features include The Pavilion, where diners can take in the glorious Pacific sunset; Shoreline Park, which extends along two miles of spectacular rocky Kona Coast; hiking trails throughout the site, and two Club-owned boats that can be called upon for deep-sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, or leisure cruises.
Development is currently under way on the Golf Clubhouse and The Ocean Club. The Golf Clubhouse will feature the Golf Shop, dining, boutique and event lawns. The Ocean Club will include swimming pools, casual dining and a sunset bar near the water. Future plans include the addition of a spa facility and a 10-acre park with a tennis garden and grassy areas for the kids.
The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Hokuli`a, a rare private oceanside course on the Island of Hawai`i, is a breathtaking combination of superior golf and dramatic views. Since it opened in 2002, the course has gained recognition as a world-class golf experience and was just ranked No. 2 in the state of Hawaii by Golf Digest. |
