 | Lyle Anderson Founder and Chairman
Lyle Anderson began his real estate investment and community and club development businesses over 25 years ago. When he launched Desert Highlands in 1981, Lyle established the concept of tying private club membership with the sale of property in exclusive residential and recreational communities. With his eye for distinctive properties, he focuses on land selection and provides the strategic vision for each property, community and Club. He also leads all new, strategic golf initiatives for the company and works with Jack Nicklaus on new course design and the enhancement of existing courses at all Lyle Anderson Clubs. |

 | Phil Schneider Vice Chairman
Philip Schneider joined The Lyle Anderson Company in 1985 after serving as a senior real estate partner and director with the Arizona law firm of Fennemore Craig. A graduate of Stanford University, he’s a strategic internal advisor to the company’s top management on key company issues. |

 | William siwek Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
With Lyle Anderson, Bill Siwek oversees the strategic planning and execution of Lyle’s strategic vision at all company properties. He has responsibility for overall day-to-day operations at all company projects. As Chief Financial Officer, Bill is also responsible for finance, accounting, legal, risk management, and information technology. Bill is also a licensed C.P.A. |

 | Salem Al-Shatti Chief Design and Construction Officer
Salem Al-Shatti is The Lyle Anderson Company’s focal point for new development, design and construction projects. He will oversee the initial phase of all new projects and work with Lyle Anderson to ensure that Lyle’s vision and thought leadership in development is reflected throughout the Company. Salem will also be responsible for identifying development initiatives and issues, and ensuring they are addressed through the appropriate line or partner organizations. |

 | Janele Bergstrom Director, Retail Operations
Janele Bergstrom is responsible for buying all apparel and other retail inventory for each of the Lyle Anderson Clubs. She provides strategic guidance to all Lyle Anderson Clubs on areas such as merchandising, selling strategies, and inventory management. |

 | Toby Block Vice President, Development, Festival Project (Buckeye, Arizona)
Toby Block is responsible for leading the entitlements, planning, development, and construction operations at the Festival project, Lyle Anderson’s newest property. |

 | Daniel D. Domogala Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Dan Domogola oversees the treasury function for The Lyle Anderson Company and its projects. In his role he also manages lender relationships. |

 | Sandy Gerdon-Johnson Vice President, Human Resources
Sandy Gerdon-Johnson is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources policies and programs companywide, including organizational planning & development; employee relations, communications and training; human resources infrastructure support; and compensation and benefits. |

 | Lilian Heller Vice President, Marketing
Lilian Heller oversees corporate marketing and branding initiatives, guides the project marketing teams on marketing strategy, branding, and strategic marketing programs, and manages relationships with key corporate marketing agencies. |

 | Dick Hyland President, Lyle Anderson Golf Ltd.
Dick Hyland focuses on the company’s strategic golf initiatives and provides strategic input to each of our Community Leaders with respect to golf operations. Dick manages relationships with Directors of Golf Instruction, sponsored touring professionals and all golf industry vendors. Dick also works with tournament operators on the operations of tournament events hosted at Lyle Anderson Clubs. |

 | Anthony Spencer Executive Vice President, Lyle Anderson Homes
Tony Spencer is responsible for oversight of the company’s homebuilding operations, including new offerings, design and construction. He has a particular focus on developing new strategies to streamline the purchase process for new clients. |

Tom Werning oversees corporate accounting operations for The Lyle Anderson Company, and also works with the controllers at each project to manage accounting operations. |

Josh Skevington is responsible for strategic management and day-to-day operations for the Hokuli`a community and The Club at Hokuli`a, including development, construction, real estate sales, marketing, and Club operations. |

Phil Edlund is responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day operations for the Las Campanas community and The Club at Las Campanas, including development, construction, real estate and membership sales, marketing and Club operations. |

Niall Flanagan’s duties include strategic management and day-to-day operations for the Loch Lomond Golf Club and Dundonald Links. His responsibilities include development, construction, membership development, and Club operations. |

Mark Kizziar is responsible for project strategy and daily operations for the Superstition Mountain community
and Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club. His responsibilities include development,
